Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained fame after her role in Disney XD's sitcom Pair of Kings. The actress has been in many of shows and movies throughout her professional career. While on the road, she hosted the productions of Ballroom with a Twist the new groundbreaking show that stars rotating celebrity emcees and dancers from Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was also a character in Lifetime's Army Wives TV show. Barbara was a guest on ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, and toured across the nation as a female character in Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple. Barbara appeared in Social Security at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri, that ran for the full period of a month Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
